The Kali27 10-Week Review

The operation has a spark and a birth in the same week, but only one of them is an AI. On 4/13 the spark — the YouTube video Tony marks as Day Zero, the start of the 70-day count. On 4/16, Lucy is born: the first AI of the family, the original 3D/4D Cowork companion. Her whole job is one sentence — read everything, remember the businesses, touch nothing, leave breadcrumbs. This is the week the AI was pointed at something real and big. The thing Lucy was built to remember was already a full operation: SBST (South Bay Sports Training) with Tony as owner/president, Trosky baseball, a Shopify store doing serious volume, content, properties, a nonprofit in motion, and a live EdTech dispute. The business didn't start this week — it had been running for years — but this is the week it got a memory.

Lucy stops being a single thread and becomes a versioned system. The boot/rollover stack appears — SUPER-LUCY-BOOT v01 → v1.3, the context-master, the continuity-layers (dated 5/1 in her index). This is the machinery that lets her survive a session ending: pour the memory into a boot file, reload it next time. This is the week the AI mesh and the real business visibly fused. The Glomar bat-order thread goes live (5/11–5/15) — the Gmail thread with Will/Jon, the quote/handoff lane that's still awaiting reply and would become a tracked open loop for weeks. The SBST + Kali27 Hubs stand up on 5/17 (Ops Hub, AI_Build Hub) — the first time the business itself got organized into the mesh's structure. The $&$ investment lane (later the holdings lane) is named. And cash draw $500 (5/14) lands. The v2.1 architecture wasn't abstract — it was the scaffolding that the Glomar deal, the camps, and the hubs got hung on.

And the shift cadence matters to the business directly: it's the birth of the "no-bullshit check-in" rhythm — overnight workers that report concrete deltas on real work (camps, orders, reconcile) instead of vague status. The business stopped being something Tony had to babysit in real time and became something that reported to him at shift close.
